細胞表面標志物PCR芯片可用于分析與細胞表面標志物水平有關的84個關鍵基因的表達。這些標志物已經(jīng)應用于以下研究：1）測定白細胞在癌癥組織中的浸潤程度；2）診斷慢性炎性疾病，如動脈粥樣硬化、哮喘、腸炎和關節(jié)炎；3）確定T細胞/B細胞系和單克?。?）測定白細胞數(shù)量從而定疾病的階段，發(fā)生、發(fā)展或預后；5）分析免疫浸潤的原因及其與器官排異反應的關系。通過實時定量PCR的方法，研究者即能夠利用該芯片簡單可靠地同時檢測細胞表面標志物相關基因的表達。

T-cell surface markers: Cytotoxic T-cells: CD8A, CD8B. Helper T-cells: CD4.
